Questions, answered
Are your rugs genuinely vintage and made of wool?
Every vintage rug is hand-selected in Turkey, and each listing states its material, size and condition. Because look-alike fibers such as rayon are a known issue in the vintage market, we are open about this: we do not currently provide laboratory test certificates. Before you buy, message us on WhatsApp and we will send close-up photos of the pile, back and fringe. If a rug is not as described, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Do you provide a lab certificate for the material?
Not at the moment. We rely on hand selection, detailed listings and extra photos on request instead. If you need a specific fiber or material confirmed, contact us before ordering.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number within that window and we will send the return address. Pack the rug in its original condition. Rugs showing signs of use or damage beyond normal wear are not eligible.
Who pays for return shipping, and when do I get my refund?
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective), in which case we cover it. Once we receive and inspect the rug, the refund goes to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
Can I return a custom-size or made-to-order piece?
No. Custom-made and made-to-order items, including custom-size rugs and wall hangings, are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. The standard sizes shown on a product page follow the normal 14-day return policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or does not arrive?
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will open a claim with FedEx and arrange a resolution.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free worldwide via FedEx Express. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and FedEx delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email. Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Will you restock a vintage rug once it sells?
No. Each vintage rug is one of a kind and is not restocked once sold. Custom-size wall hangings are made to order in your chosen size.
